NCR Participates in High Altitude Balloon Challenge

More than 500 scientific experiments concocted by 120 teams of Civil Air Patrol cadets were released in CAP's second high-altitude balloon challenge. The 50-milliliter test tubes were carried as high as 105,661 ft before falling back to Earth.
